LOCATION:

Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, San Antonio, Texas

ABOUT THE SHOW:

The 2012 show will be held in San Antonio, Texas at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Exhibit booth set-up will be on Sunday, July 29, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Show will begin Monday July 30th at 8:00 a.m. and will run through  Wednesday, August 1st. 

Daily show times are:

Monday, Tuesday:    8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:               8:00 a.m. - 12 Noon

EXHIBIT BOOTHS:

The exhibit booths are 10 x 10 ft. and come with a 6ft. table covered with decorator's cloth and 2 side chairs.  The cost for exhibit space is $500.00 per booth. (Excluding Premium Spaces and Bays which are otherwise marked on the floorplan below). All decorating needs will be handled by Freeman Decorating. The THSCA provides pipe and drape for each booth along with your company sign.

AVAILABILITY:

We are currently accepting Tier III contracts. Tier III booths will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis starting October 6^th.
